Daily routine
Generally you'll wake up between 5am and 6am to get a good head start while trekking. After breakfast or tea you'll walk for 4 to 5 hours and stop for lunch. You can choose to keep a steady path or walk along at your leisure, stopping for rest breaks along the way. Usually you'll be both ascending and decending a lot in the day and although trekking tires you out you'll feel more and more energetic as you go on. After lunch you'll walk for another 2 to 3 hours before reaching your lodge or campsite. After you reach your lodge or campsite you're free to explore the surronding trails, play cards, read a book, take photos and chat with the local villagers. After supper it's time to call it an early night and get a good night's sleep.
