If you are going on a camping trek you'll be sleeping in a tent and cooking, eating and using the toilet outdoors. Sherpas, porters and cooks will accompany you and set up and break camp daily. The cook will prepare all meals for you and you and your expedition staff will eat together. At times you will be able to find food from local establishments too. Tents are good quality and keep out rain, bugs and other unwanted visitors in the night. A camp mat will be provided, all you need to do is bring your sleeping bag and crawl in and out of it at the beginnning and end of each day. Usually the expedition staff will set up a "toilet tent" as well to give you privacy and shelter and a place to wash up. Your camp staff will give you instructions on how to minimize waste and leave no traces behind.
