Day 02: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,286ft) 5 to 6 hours
Day 03: Namche Bazaar (acclimatization day)
Day 04: Namche Bazaar (acclimatization day)
Day 05: Namche Bazaar to Phortse Thanga (3,973m/13,034ft) 3 hours
Day 06: Phortse Thanga to Dole (4,090m/13,418ft) 2 hours
Day 07:Dole to Machhermo (4,410m/14,486ft) 2 hours

Trip Notes
Fly to Lukla from Kathmandu (35 minutes) or walk from Jiri (10 hours by bus) from Kathmandu.
The altitude on this trek requires proper acclimitization (minimum 3 days in Namche Bazaar) to insure that AMS (acute mountain sickness) doesn't effect you. Please follow the advice of your sherpa at all times.
