Day 01: Drive to Beni( 12 hours) or fly to Pokhara (45 minutes) +4 hour car/bus trip from Kathmandu
Day 02: Beni - Babichoaur (950m/3,116ft) 5hours
Day 03: Babichoaur - Phedi (1100m/3,608ft) 4 hours
Day 04: Phedi - Phalai Gaun (1810m/5,938ft) 6 hours
Day 05: Phalai Gaun - Below Jugapani 5hours
Day 06: Below Jugapani - Boghara (2080m/6,824ft) 5 hours
Day 07: Boghara - Lapche kharka 4.5 hours
Day 08: Lapche kharka - Chartare (2820m/9,251ft) 4.5 hours
Day 09: Chartare - Pakoban (3585m/11,761ft) 5 hours
Day 10: Pakoban - Dhaulagiri Basecamp (4750m/15,584ft) 6 hours
Day 11: Dhaulagiri base camp - French pass (5360m/17,585ft) 3 hours
Day 12: Walk five hours form French pass and camp at 4915m/16,125ft
Day 13: Cross 4915m pass - Yak kharka (4500m/14,763ft) 5 hours
Day 14: Yak kharka - Marpha (2667m/8,750ft) 6 hours
Day 15: Marpha rest. (or trek to Jomsom and fly to Pokhara / Kathmandu on the next day is possible).
Day 16: Marpha - Lete (2438m/7,998ft) 6.5 hours
Day 17: Lete - Tatopani (1189m/3,900ft) 6 hours
Day 18: Tatopani - Ghorepani (2855m/9,366ft) 8 hours (or trek to Beni and drive to Pokhara and next day drive or fly to Kathmandu is possible).
Day 19: Early in the morning ascends to Poonhill (3200m/10,498ft) to Tadapani (2700m/8,858ft) 6 hours.
Day 20: Tadapani - Ghandruk (1951m/6,400ft) 2.5 hours.
Day 21: Ghandruk – Birethati and drive to Pokhara - 7 hours.

From Kathmandu fly (45 minutes) or drive (5 to 7 hours) by bus or hired car to Pokhara and begin the trailhead at Beni.
This is a difficult and strenuous trek that requires flexability, physical stamina, training and technical equipment. Heavy snows and glacial plains might create time and safety constraints. Please follow the advice of your guide at all times. Expect the unexpected.
